Cancellation Policy

Payment: We require full payment for the session in advance to secure your booking. This can be done through our online payment platform or other accepted methods such as credit/debit card or bank transfer. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. In such cases, we will be happy to offer a rescheduled session or a refund. However, if less than 24 hours notice is given, the payment will not be refunded. No-shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without any prior notification, the payment made for the session will be non-refundable. Refunds: Refunds for canceled or rescheduled sessions will be provided according to our cancellation and rescheduling policy mentioned above. Please note that our booking policy is in place to ensure the smooth running of our counseling services and to accommodate other clients in need of appointments.
