Banana Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (can use low-fat or full-fat)
1 ripe banana, mashed
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Stir in Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Mix until creamy and well combined. Add a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for extra flavor if desired.
Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Perfect Pairings:
Apple slices, pear slices, strawberries
Graham crackers or whole-grain pita chips
As a topping on oatmeal, toast, or waffles
