Banana Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (can use low-fat or full-fat)

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

  2. Stir in Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix until creamy and well combined. Add a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for extra flavor if desired.

  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.


Perfect Pairings:

  • Apple slices, pear slices, strawberries

  • Graham crackers or whole-grain pita chips
