Ingredients
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1/4 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 tortillas
Instructions
Drain the black beans and add them to a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add corn and salsa to the bowl and combine.
Place one tortilla on skillet over medium heat. Add shredded cheddar cheese to tortilla. Then layer on black bean mixture. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese. Add another tortilla on top.
Cook on each side until brown and crispy and the cheesy filling has melted.
Repeat until all tortillas are used up. Slice into triangles then serve.
