Creamy Cottage Cheese Herb Dip

Servings: 4 (about ¼ cup per serving)
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of onion powder or smoked paprika
Instructions:
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy. You can leave it slightly chunky for texture, or blend longer for a whipped consistency.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Transfer to a bowl and chill for 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld.
