Creamy Cottage Cheese Herb Dip

Servings: 4 (about ¼ cup per serving)


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onion

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of onion powder or smoked paprika



Instructions:

  1. Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can leave it slightly chunky for texture, or blend longer for a whipped consistency.

  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  4. Transfer to a bowl and chill for 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld.
