Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15oz) chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup nut butter

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips



Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and smooth into your prepared brownie pan.

  4. Bake for 20-25 min or until the center is done.
