Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Mousse

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Chill Time (optional): 30 minutes

Servings: 2 small cups


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (can use low-fat or full-fat for creamier texture)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp coconut whipped cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt for topping (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt (enhances chocolate flavor)


 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth and mousse-like.

  2. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes (optional, for thicker texture).

  3. Top with coconut whipped cream or extra yogurt before serving. Add berries, dark chocolate shavings, or granola if desired.
