Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
1½ cups blueberries
1½ cups watermelon, cubed or cut into star shapes
1½ cups pineapple, cubed
¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Wash and dry strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, and pineapple. Slice strawberries, cube watermelon and pineapple. Use star cutters for a fun touch!
In a large bowl, gently toss together all the fruit and mint.
In a small bowl, mix lime juice and honey. Drizzle over fruit and toss lightly.
