Peanut Butter Blueberry Smoothieš«

Ingredients:
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tbsp peanut butter orĀ 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 date (optional, for added sweetness)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional, for fiber and omega-3s)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust: add more milk for a thinner consistency, or a few ice cubes for a frostier texture.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
