Peanut Butter Blueberry Smoothie🫐

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter orĀ 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

  • 1 date (optional, for added sweetness)

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional, for fiber and omega-3s)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder





Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust: add more milk for a thinner consistency, or a few ice cubes for a frostier texture.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
