Ingredients
2 cups watermelon
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup rasberries
1/2 cup blackberries
4oz cubed mozzarella
3-4 large basil leaves
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp champgane vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
pepper as needed
Directions
Whisk together all wet ingredients.
In a bowl add all you ingredients and coat in the sauce. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
