Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Strawberry

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup Water or milk

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds, Chia Seed, or Flax seed

  • 1/4 cup or 1 handful Spinach, Fresh or Frozen

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Add more liquid if needed, especially when using frozen ingredients.

  3. Enjoy!
