Ingredients:
1/2 cup Strawberry
1/2 banana
1 cup Water or milk
1/4 cup oats
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds, Chia Seed, or Flax seed
1/4 cup or 1 handful Spinach, Fresh or Frozen
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Add more liquid if needed, especially when using frozen ingredients.
