Ingredients:
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp hot honey
1 garlic clove minced
4 salmon fillets
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, hot honey, and minced garlic.
Transfer the mixture to a Ziploc bag, then add the salmon. Seal the bag and gently massage to coat the fish evenly. Let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil spray or line it with air fryer parchment.
Remove the salmon from the marinade, setting aside the leftover liquid. Pat the fish dry with paper towels.
Arrange the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 7 to 8 minutes.
While the salmon cooks, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and heat over medium-low. Let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reduces into a thick glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the salmon just before serving.
