Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup Water or almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Add more liquid if needed, especially when using frozen ingredients.
