Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread
40g brie cheese
3 slices of prosciutto
1 tbsp butter
small handful of microgreens
Directions
Start by spreading butter on the outside of the bread. Layer your brie, prosciutto, and microgreens.
Placed on a greased pan and cook on either side until golden brown.
