Burger Bowls

Ingredients:
For the Burger:
8 oz ground beef (85–90% lean) or ground turkey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Bowl Base:
4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ avocado, sliced
¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or dairy-free)
¼ cup pickles or dill pickle chips
Optional Toppings:
Cooked sweet potato fries
Roasted mushrooms or sautéed onions
Jalapeños, cucumbers, or shredded carrots
For the Burger Sauce (makes extra):
¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice
Dash of smoked paprika
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes). Break it into crumbles or form into patties if preferred.
In a small bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Divide greens between two bowls. Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, onions, avocado, pickles, cheese, and any other toppings.
Drizzle sauce over the top or serve on the side.
