Ingredients
1 pounds bag baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablesppon micened garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powwder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl in the microwave.
Once butter is melted, add carrots, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and whisk until thoroughly combined..
Add in the grated parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
Pour the carrot mixture into baking pan and arrange them in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
