Greek Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:
1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, diced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Dressing:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta, parsley, and dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
