Ingredients
3/4 cup pureed sweet potato
1 cup nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup sugar
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven 325 degrees.
Use zero calorie spray to grease a brownie pan.
Whisk together your melted nut butter with the potato puree and then add in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into the brownie pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for 20 min or until the center of the brownies are cooked.
