Ingredients
Grilled Chicken
2 lbs. Chicken Breast (4 cutlets)
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Dried Par
Toppings:
2 to 3 Avocados slices
3 Tomatoes (sliced)
Butter or Green Leaf Lettuce
1/4 Red Onion
Mayonnaise
4 Brioche Buns
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pierce chicken breasts with a fork all over. Place in a large Ziploc bag and pound to tenderize and flatten. Pour marinade over chicken in bag. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (4 - 5 hours marinate is ideal).
Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat. Brush grill or skillet with oil to prevent sticking. Place chicken on the grill. Cook for approximately 6 - 8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of chicken. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise on brioche buns. Top with chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, and red onion.
