Blueberry Pepper Pork Chops

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 20minutes Servings: 6


Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Black Pepper

  • 6 Pork Chops

  • ½ cup Blueberries

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup Butter

  • 5 Garlic Cloves, whole

  • ½ cup water


Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle black pepper onto both sides of the pork chop.

  2. Heat skillet and heat up butter, blueberries, garlic over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

  3. Add pork chops and cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes, flipping pork chop and mixing garlic and blueberries occasionally.

  4. Add water and cover pan, and simmer for another 5 minutes, flipping occasionally.

  5. Once the water has evaporated, plate with your favorite sides and enjoy!

  6. Ideas for sides: Wild Rice, Quinoa, or Cauliflower Rice. With sliced bell peppers, sauteed in oil.
