Ingredients
1 bag broccoli florets
1 can chickpeas
garlic powder, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 box trader joes couscous
2 tbsp lemon juice
Dressing
3 tbsp tahini
2 juiced lemons
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Coat your broccoli and chickpeas in olive oil and seasoning. Air fry on 400 for 15-20min or until chickpeas are crispy.
Cook your couscous according to instructions and add 2 tbsp lemon juice into the water.
Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over your coucous, broccoli, and chickpeas. Top with feta.
