Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
3/8 tsp dijon mustard
3/4 tsp sf maple syrup
handful of kale
45g white beans
20g avocado
10g pumpkin seeds
5g hemp seeds
salt and pepper
Directions
To make the dressing mix lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl massage the bowl with the dressing and salt/pepper. Add your chopped avocado, beans, and pumpkin + hemp seeds.
Dress with additional seasonings and lemon juice.
