Healthy Soy Matcha Latte

Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Servings: 2 servings


Ingredients

  • 3 cups soy milk

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Few drops of vanilla extract

  • 5-6 tsp matcha powder

  • 2-3 tbsp hot water


Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a small pan on the stove over medium heat until it reaches a

  2. simmer.

  3. Add honey & vanilla, combine until a foam forms on top of the milk.

  4. Add matcha powder to a small bowl & pour hot water overtop, stirring to make

  5. a liquid paste.

  6. Pour milk over top of diluted matcha & top with the foam.

  7. Enjoy, or store in the fridge and reheat to serve!
