No Bake Choco-Coco-Macadamia Balls

YIELD: 30 MINUTES PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES TOTAL TIME: 20 MINUTES


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/3 cup Honey, Agave, or Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter, Peanut, or Cashew Butter

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut, optional

  • 1/3 cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped


Instructions:

  1. To a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until combined into dough.

  2. Scoop the dough and roll them into balls with your hands. If the dough feels dry and ingredients are not sticking together, add a little more syrup and try again. If it's too sticky.

  3. Place balls onto a sheet pan and place in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying!
