No Bake Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • 1 ½ cup gluten free rolled oats

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine.

  2. Refrigerate for roughly 15-20 mins.

  3. Roll into balls or scoop using an ice cream scooper… then serve!

  4. Store in an airtight container
