Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup maple syrup
1 ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine.
Refrigerate for roughly 15-20 mins.
Roll into balls or scoop using an ice cream scooper… then serve!
Store in an airtight container
