Ingredients:
1 lb baby potatoes
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Slat and black pepper for taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400F.
Wash potatoes under cold water and let them drain well in a colander.
Cut potatoes in half.
Combine potatoes, olive oil and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. toss/stir to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
If using the oven: add the seasoned potatoes to a baking sheet. Bake for 30-minutes until browned and tender.
If using the air fryer: add the seasoned potatoes to the fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, stir the potatoes. Cook for an additional 8-12 minutes until browned and tender. Taste for seasoning. Add salt and pepper if desired.
