INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 cups bread crumbs
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp mustard
1/4 cup pickles
pickle juice (optional)
tortillas
iceberg lettuce
shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Thinly slice chicken breads lengthwise to strips. Flatten use a mallet.
In a bowl, mix white vinegar, eggs, pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, onion powder, gallic powder, paprika, black pepper, pinch of salt. Add olive oil so seasoning sticks to chicken better.
Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture, then coat in bread crumb mixture.
Line chicken on pan, spray top of chicken with spray olive oil, and put pan into the oven to 350 for 20- 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
To make sauce, combine mayo, mustard and pickle juice.
Build snack wrap starting with tortilla, add sauce, top shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles and chicken. Wrap and enjoy!
